Sr. Program Manager – DoD/Defense

Exceptional leadership opportunity for a Sr. Program Manager who has experience working in ITAR environments on DoD/defense related programs. You will play a crucial role overseeing numerous, large, highly complex projects, electronics manufacturing and interfacing with teams and customers. Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement multiple large, complex manufacturing projects
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Conduct meetings for multiple departments and customers
• Serve as a liaison between all teams and customers

Qualifications:

• 12+ years Program Management experience, overseeing multiple projects
• One or more Project Management certifications such as PMP or similar
• Strong management skills
• Minimum 5 years, ideally 10+ years of Program Management experience managing manufacturing and projects related to defense, electronics, semiconductors and more
• Experience managing budgets and staying on target
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Nice to have are ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL-STD, MIL-SPEC or similar
• Nice to have are Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing
